How To Use It

This template can be used to create a Photo Assignment by asking users to upload their images/photos. Enter the question title (24 characters) and question/instructions (144 characters respectively).

Next, enter a label for each photo slot (max.14 characters) to guide the user in terms of where to upload specific images. You can deselect photo slots if you want your users to upload fewer than four (4) images.
