Get a written response from users.
How To Use It
If you want your users' opinion or need them to provide a written response, use this template.
Enter the question title (24 characters and the question (144 characters respectively).
You can also write a custom placeholder that will instruct the reader (it will display in the blank text box). If you do not choose to write a custom instruction, the default will be used, which is: "Enter your response."
Tap the "Add Response" button to add a message that shows when the text response has been completed.
Note: Users can write a maximum of 512 characters in their text response.
