Ask a question that can be answered using a card swipe
How To Use It
Add a card that the user must swipe left or right to submit a "Yes" or "No" answer.
You can enter a heading (24 characters) and question (144 characters ).
The card/image must be at least 440 x 588px (.svg, .jpg or .png format).
You can change the "Yes" and "No" labels to any text that is less than 24 characters long.
