How To Use It

Present users with icons to help them rate something.

Survey /Rating page setup

Enter a heading title (24 characters) and a question (144 characters).

Select the appropriate rating icons to suit your survey / rating exercise. You may choose from: 1-5, Sad, Distress, Worried, Confused or Painful.

To edit the labels (text descriptions), simply type into the space next to the icon (max. 24 characters per label). The icon label will only display when a user selects an icon.

There are no correct answers in a Survey / Rating. This page template should be used if you need to assess user sentiment.

Theme Colour Select an alternative colour to override the theme default.

Rating Icons 1-5 (Default), Sad - Happy, Distress - Comfortable, Worried - Positive, Confused - Comfortable, or Painful - Comfortable.
