Falkor's ticketing & support system

You can use Falkor to submit a ticket to your internal team, or to Falkor support.

Select the Resolve icon (from the top right menu in your Falkor account)

Use Resolve if you are unable to solve an issue, suspect there may be a bug, or have a question about Falkor that is not available in the documentation.

Depending on your support tier, tickets are usually attended to within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri). Response time may be dependant on the severity of an issue.
