Confirmation Activity

Ask users to confirm that they have completed a task.

If you have asked users to complete something outside of the pathway, you can use this activity to ask them to confirm that they have done it.

You can ask users to simply confirm (honour system), ask them to upload proof, or ask them to upload proof and then review the upload before confirming that the task has been completed as expected.

Options

Options	Description
Activity Name	Name the activity (this will appear on the pathway).
Activity Notes	Add text and links.

Activity Settings

Setting	Description
Required	Choose whether the activity is required (activity must be fulfilled in order to proceed) or optional (can be skipped).
Honour Fulfilment	Ask the user to confirm that they have fulfilled the activity - and take their word for it.
Upload Fulfilment	Allow users to upload a file or photo to support that they have fulfilled the activity.
Upload and Confirm Fulfilment	Allow users to upload a file or photo as evidence that the activity was fulfilled, and then review the upload to confirm/validate fulfilment.
